Residential Roofing Project Manager
Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for on site supervision and management of contracted jobs.
The following but not limited to job responsibilities include:
-Scheduling and ordering materials; handling deliveries, picking materials, etc
-Scheduling crews; Crew management, scheduling, supervision
-Scheduling jobs with homeowner; notifying material delivery times, crew start and finishing times, county inspections, job site maintenance and safety, etc
Job Description:
The Project manager will order materials to be delivered and visit the site upon delivery to ensure the correct materials are delivered. The Project Manager will at this time notify the subcontractor that the correct materials are on site and meet the subcontractor on site to go over the project. Upon completion of the project make another site visit to survey the correctness of the work, cleanliness of the property, remove surplus materials present and to speak with the client to make sure that all expectations were met. Project Manager is to run magnet around property to collect any nails. This is to be done on all projects.
After satisfactory completion of the project the Project Manager will hand the job back over to the sales representative.
The Project Manager is the face of the company and is expected to represent the company well in all ways. The Project Manager should be networking with local business professionals and looking for ways to introduce EGRS to more clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct roof inspections
Track and update schedules of projects through completion.
Complete job review checklists to ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents.
Correspond with Customers including follow up after completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and the project management lifecycle
- Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and scope management
- Must have construction or roofing experience
- Change management and team management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
