Roofing Project Manager/Estimator
Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for answering calls/leads from potential customers and visiting the property to obtain pertinent information to provide an estimate for services. Calls should be returned within 24 hours, and estimates should be sent within 48 hours.
The project manager will oversee the ordering of materials, scheduling with subcontractors, and overseeing the full extent of the project until completion.
The Project Manager is the face of the company and is expected to represent it well in all ways. The Project Manager should network with local business professionals and look for ways to introduce EGRS to more clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build referral networks and implement effective sales techniques.
Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates.
Track and update schedules of projects through completion and payment receipt.
Complete job review checklists to ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents.
Correspond with Customers, including follow-up after completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven experience in outside sales and account management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Familiarity with B2B sales and business development strategies
- Proficient in Salesforce and technology sales
- Experience in retail sales and cold calling
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct product demos

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
