THE JOB: We are looking for an experienced meat department manager. Meat processing, meat cutting, and management is a requirement. We are looking for a motivated individual that will help grow our meat department and our management team as a whole. We have a wide variety of specialty meats, store made sausages, and other gourmet items. The meat department manager is responsible for: ordering, controlling inventory, scheduling, assisting in production, assisting in sanitation, and keeping employees on task. The meat department manager is also responsible for managing the deli department. The deli department has it's own lead. The managers responsibility is to over see staffing, assist in ordering, over seeing sanitation and quality.
Employees qualify for a generous discount on store purchases! Managers also get quarterly bonus incentives and year end bonuses. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays! Full time employees receive holiday pay.
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Achieve a set of clearly defined outcomes provided to you by the general manager in the interview process.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
