Aurora on France is a new, state of the art care community, attached to Fairview Southdale in the heart of Edina, MN near many medical centers/providers. It is conveniently located off of Hwy. 62 and France Ave. on a bus line. Aurora is a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. The Admissions Coordinator develops relationships with referral sources and works with internal teams to promote and maintain census. Also assists Social Services Department in meeting the needs of the residents and families of the TCU.

Process and complete admissions
Promote professional working relationships within Ebenezer/Fairview and with outside referral sources
Assist residents with various tasks
Assist Social Services team with various tasks
Participate in VA investigations and ability to complete necessary documentation and reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Human Services field preferred
Minimum one to three years admissions experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of PAS and various payer systems
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs
Knowledge of resident rights and regulations
Salary : $21 - $28
