What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Director position at Ebenezer?
We are looking for a Culinary Director for Ebenezer's newest managed senior living community in Hermantown, MN- The Pillars of Hermantown! The Culinary Director is responsible for overseeing all dining services operations, ensuring meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations, meeting Assisted Living/Memory Care resident expectations and supervising staff (culinary assistants, cook/chef).
This full-time positon includes:
- 80 hours per two weeks
- Day shift; weekends as needed

- Plans and manages all aspects of dining services operations
- Food preparation
- Hires and supervises dining staff
- Promotes positive resident relations and satisfaction
- Menu planning, Budgeting and financial goals
Required:
- Three to Five years previous experience in similar environment
- Performance Management skills and experience
- Food Manager Certification required
