This Nursing Leadership position will lead the operations of the nursing departments and work to integrate nursing functions with other departments to ensure a team approach to the comprehensive care of transitional care unit residents that is consistent with the Ebenezer philosophy.

• Ensures the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents
• Plans, develops and advises new and enhanced health care programs
• Leads the operations of the nursing department
• Provides ongoing leadership and oversite of the nursing department
• Assists with hiring and training
• Adheres to budget and supports a marketing plan sought at full occupancy
• Supports relationships between nursing and medical staff
Required:
• Current MN RN licensure
• Current CPR certification
• One to three years of experience including experience in Transitional Care
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and a genuine passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree: BSN
• Preference given to those with Certified Gerontological Nursing license.
• Three to five years previous experience including: Transitional Care, LTC and supervisory experience, Medicare and MN Case Mix Reimbursement preferred.
