This Director of Sales and Admissions creates and implements a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer housing community. This position is based primarily in the facility and significant time is devoted to working with external referral resources primarily via telephone and email.

Ability to process and complete move-ins
Promotes positive customer relations
Serves as resource to residents/tenants and families seeking information
- Bachelor's Degree: List – Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience; Required
- Aging Services of Minnesota Sales and Marketing Certificate; Preferred
- Minimum Three Years –successful occupancy development experience ; Required (Three plus to Five Years , Preferred)
- Must be able to work occasional evenings or weekend hours.
- Must be able to travel locally to meet with prospects and community resources.
- Must be able to accommodate “drop-in” tours and resident/family requests.
