We are looking for an Executive Director to join our senior living team at Amira Choice of Naples, FL! This salaried leadership position is responsible for managing and supervising the financial, programmatic, operational, marketing, and all other business functions of the Assisted Living & Memory Care community. Ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of community operations. Shedule includes:
- Full-Time, 80 hours every two weeks
- Day/Evening shift - flexibility for events, meetings, etc
- One weekend day per month for Manager on Duty

- Builds and maintains an impactful leadership team within the community
- Supervises financial performance
- Coordinates monthly billing process for residents
- Establishes and supports and environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high level customer happiness
- Supports the development of a marketing plan and other programs aimed at sustaining strong occupancy/census goals
- Supervises the maintenance of the building and grounds
- Ensures that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare related field
- One to three years previous experience
Other License/Certification/Registration: Within 90-days of start date must have completed Option 1 OR 2:
ALF Core Competency Exam administered by the MacDonald Research Institute (TMRI) for the State of Florida ALF Core Competency Test (AL Core Competency Test)
Administrator licensed as Nursing Home Administrator in accordance with chapter 468, part II, F.S.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field
- Three to five years previous experience
