Role and Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare staff
- Provide supportive care, including responding to call lights and assisting with transfers
- Document resident care and services provided
- Participate in care planning and goal setting with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Must be actively registered on the MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date
- Preferred qualifications include experience working with a diverse and geriatric population and ability to communicate efficiently
