The Graphic Designer/Production Artist is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs that support Ebenezer’s marketing initiatives across print and digital platforms. Reporting to the Corporate Director Marketing and Communications, this role collaborates with the marketing team, content creators/writers, and marketing project manager/strategists to produce materials that effectively communicate key messages, enhance the organization’s brand, and engage the target audience. The Graphic Designer/Production Artist ensures all projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with Ebenezer’s brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in designing digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production
Support the design team in maintaining and organizing graphic assets, templates, and style guides.
Ensure designs align with community and Ebenezer’s brand identity and effectively communicate marketing objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to creative work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Graphic Design, or marketing related
- Three or more years experience
- Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines.
- MS Office, SharePoint, Project Management Tools, Adobe Creative Cloud
