We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join the Ebenezer Team at our Martin Luther Care Center in Bloomington, MN. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate goal-oriented and therapuetic programs for all senior/adult residents. In addition, the role serves as a resource person for independent leisure pursuits. Enables residents to achieve optimal level of intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual potential.
This position includes :
- 80 hours every 2 weeks, full-time
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Day Shift Hours; flexible schedule

Responsibilities Job Description
- Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and conduct programs pertinent to the interests and needs of the individual resident
- Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical record documentation and participation
- Other duties as assigned and advised
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Associate (2 year) degree in business or healthcare-related area, OR High School diploma/GED and equivalent experience required.
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- None to 1 Year
- Basic Computer skills and other office equipment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Music Therapy or related field
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
