The Life Enrichment Director leads all planning and implementing of a quality leisure and social events program crafted to assist senior residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically and mentally. This leadership position will be responsible for all aspects of the activities department and team for our beautiful senior assisted living/memory care community Meadow Woods Assisted Living in Bloomington, MN.
- 80 hours per two week pay period and weekends as needed.
- Day shift, 8am-4:30pm
- Pay Rate - $23.00 to $30.00/hour.

As part of the Martin Luther Campus of senior living, Meadow Woods Assisted Living is a residential setting by woodlands, wetlands and the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our staff encourages participation in the many regularly scheduled activities and lifelong learning programs, and believes in Ebenezer’s mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives. The Dietary Aide is responsible for dining room and tray line meal service for residents.
- Develops program and activities reflective of resident interests
- Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of residents
- Coordinates community volunteers
- Leads and is responsible for Activities Assistants
Required:
Associate's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related
Able to drive a 14 passenger van
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related
Three to five years previous experience
Salary : $23 - $30
