The Pillars of Lakeville brings the best of senior care & living to the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing south metro community near Farmington. This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard. Coordinates leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and special events for older adults in an assisted living residence.
We are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for translating member requests into daily operations and creating quality social engagements designed to create meaningful environments for the members which focuses on their personal goals and wellness. This active living schedule includes;
- 72 hours every two weeks
- day shift
- every other weekend rotation
- occasional evenings as needed for events

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates to develop a Wellness program within the community
- Creates Wellness & Lifestyle newsletter and helps to communicate information monthly
- Plans, conducts and/or coordinates activities and special events
- Drives bus and ensures member safety
- Coordinates community volunteers
- Assists by giving tours to prospects as needed
Required:
- Ability to Drive a 14 passenger van
- Current Driver's License (in good standing)
- 1-3 years of previous experience in AL or SNF programming
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Activity Director, Therapeutic Recreation, etc.
- Training/certifications in dementia, geriatrics, or wellness and exercise program
- 5-10 years of previous experience
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $19.07 - 26.11 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experiences.
