The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care /Assisted Living regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Supported by a Director of Health Services RN, RN's, Executive Director, Resident Assistants and other interdisciplinary team members. Located at Arbor Glen Senior Living in Lake Elmo, MN.
- 48 hours every two weeks
- Day shift; 8AM - 5PM
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. As one of our newer senior living communities it features 84 units between the independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Managed by Ebenezer, delivering great customer service is our top priority and is created by building passionate and skilled care teams who get to know their residents as if they were family.
- Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Required:
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
