Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders and facility policies
- Assess patient needs and revise care plans accordingly
- Provide accurate documentation related to care provided
- Monitor personal cares provided to ensure consistency with individual plans of care
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Basic computer skills
- Point Click Care knowledge
