Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Lakes Senior Living. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining current assessment and documentation of resident health status
- Implementing new and updating current resident care plans
- Coordinating resident health services with internal/external providers
- Handling and supervising timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
- Supporting the Director of Health Services as needed
Requirements
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Preferred: Experience working with geriatric patients and comfortable using electronic charting systems
