Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, and showers
- Respond to call lights and observe residents, reporting status to appropriate staff
- Chart or document in electronic medical record system
- Resolve resident and family concerns
- Perform other duties such as maintaining order and cleanliness in rooms and work areas
Qualifications:
- Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date
- Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population
- Effective communication skills with empathy and understanding for residents and coworkers
