We are looking for a Property Manager to join our Classic 55 independent Senior Living cooperative community. in Altoona, Iowa! This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents. The schedule for this position includes;

Required:
- 40 hours every two weeks
- Part time, day shifts; Monday through Thursday
- No weekends!

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Provides leadership and supervision to staff
- Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
- Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records
- Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
- Understands the association governance and the sale process
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required:
- Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date
- three to five years of previous experience
- Solid understanding of basic Microsoft applications
- Ability to interact effectively with older adults
- Associate's degree
- Five to ten years of previous experience
