Job Summary:
Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status using progress notes.
Implements new and updates current resident care plans.
Cordinates resident health services with internal/external providers as needed.
Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Current MN RN license or by start date.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers.
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.
About Ebenezer:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Registered Nurses with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $36 - $47 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Minneapolis, MN location.
Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident Assistants/Medication Passers, Culinary, Housekeeping, and more.
Nurse Schedule:
64 hours every two weeks; full-time.
Evening Shift; shift differential available.
Every 4th weekend and holiday rotation.
Benefits Eligibility:
RN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000.
