We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Educator to join our Corporate Education Float Team!
On Call/Casual Position
Locations vary between Grand Rapids and Lake City.
This role provides training and education to a variety of audiences, including but not limited to, employees, clients, family and the general public. In addition, this position provides supervision and skills verification for the nursing staff. We aim to have diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

- This position is needed to teach in a nursing assistant training program. The ability to travel is required.
- Presents informative and educational topics related to the health care industry in large and small group settings
- Demonstrates and teaches skills
- May provide supervisory activities for both licensed and unlicensed staff
- Participates in research and development of presentations reflective of regulatory compliance and standard process
Required:
Current MN RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: RN
2 years experience senior care
Preferred:
3-5 years relevant experience
Completion of accredited nursing program, BSN
