Responsibilities Job Description
Ebenezer is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our senior cooperative team at 7500 York in Edina, MN! This position is responsible for the overall security of the Cooperative at all times by monitoring the main entrance and responding to building alarms and emergencies. This is a working position responsible for the daily security functions as well as administrative duties. The position is also responsible for supervising and scheduling the security employees. This supervisor schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, day shift
- No weekends!

- Provides general oversite for Security Department and is responsible for supervising the security employees
- Functions as security/first response for the building
- Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies in the building
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required Qualifications:
- Three to five years of previous experience
Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines
- MS Office, Excel, and Word
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Other License/Certification/Registration: Basic First Aid
Qualifications
$23.61-$33.34 / Hourly
