We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of grounds keeping professionals in maintaining lawns and landscapes. ```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and lead a crew of groundskeepers in performing various tasks related to lawn and landscape maintenance.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Perform grounds keeping duties such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques for lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure high standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for their outdoor spaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in grounds keeping or landscaping is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
- Proficient in various grounds keeping tasks such as lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
