Brand Marketing Coordinator Department : Brand MarketingEmployment Type : Full TimeLocation : Miami - HQCompensation : $40,000 - $69,000 / yearDescription The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of our brand marketing strategy, working across campaigns, managing brand assets, partnerships, coordinating brand content and helping to ensure consistency in all brand communications. This role is ideal for a passionate and organized marketer who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our team. You’ll be involved in various aspects of brand development, campaign coordination, and audience engagement, helping drive brand growth and visibility.To be considered for this role, please apply online and complete a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, which can be found here .What You'll Do Brand Campaign Support : Support marketing manager in all stages of the brand marketing and campaign development process including but not limited to brainstorming, project coordination and cross-functional support, competitive analyses, consumer insights, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple touch points.Manage the master view of all marketing activities and own the marketing calendar and ensure all marketing decks are up to date (ie brand launches, events, campaigns)Support product launches, seasonal and evergreen campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brainstorming, briefing, planning documents, postmortem analysis, invoicing, and timelining.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all platforms.Assist the brand marketing team with day-to-day project coordination, including holding teams accountable for deadlines, scheduling meetings and capturing meeting notes, organizing decks and materials, helping maintain marketing calendars, facilitating stakeholder approvals, and supporting the execution of marketing plans.Own the organization of marketing files and support the management of brand assets and content deliverables, maintaining an organized database of content for marketing across all channels.Assist the team in planning and executing cross-functional team meetings, including creating product and brand presentations, building recap decks for campaigns, and presenting results and insights.Work with the internal team and shared inboxes as well as external press and influencer agencies to manage the coordination of brand partners including but not limited to influencers, press and brands.Act as the point person for maintaining important brand documents including but not limited to calendars, partnerships lists and press tracker, brand decks etc.Support the administrative tasks that ensure progression in all facets of the marketing teamData & Insights : Track and analyze brand campaign performance and brand metrics, providing insights to optimize future brand initiatives.Assist in collecting and interpreting customer and market research data to understand brand perception and audience preferences.Monitor competitor brands and trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.Participate in consumer and market research together with the brand marketing team to present the latest findings and insights to all relevant departments and leadership.Events, Activations & Partnership Support : Assist with ideation, planning and coordinating brand events, sponsorships, and partnership activations.Handle logistics, manage communication with vendors and partners, and ensure a smooth event execution.Oversee promotional materials, product samples, and branded collateral for events.Partnerships & Influencer Relations : Assist in identifying and managing relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators.Assist in keep internal partner lists up to date and own the send out of VIP giftings.Track partnership deliverables and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.Brand Consistency & Quality Control : Maintain brand voice across communicationsServe as a point of contact for brand-related inquiries regarding brand partnerships, press, and / or social media mentions.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related role (internships and entry-level experience welcome).Strong understanding of brand management, social media, and marketing fundamentals.Hands-on, “get-it-done”, results-driven, positive mentality complemented by ability to be agile, prioritize and multi-task.Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
