What You'll Do
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze customer, sales, and marketing data across all channels (e- commerce, retail, and wholesale) to uncover actionable trends and opportunities.
- Identify trends, opportunities and challenges through analysis and provide data driven recommendations across key areas such as customer behavior and performance marketing.
- Identify key drivers of business performance, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to inform strategy and optimize campaigns, inventory, and pricing decisions.
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
- Conceptualize, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into omni-channel performance.
- Design and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, PowerPoint presentations, and exploratory analysis.
- Support testing pipeline across all channels and establish analytics test priorities and requirements.
- Utilize predictive analytics and statistical models to gain insights into future performance.
- Experience with customer models such as RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) as well as different Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
- Leverage data to support new initiatives, including loyalty programs, omnichannel strategies, and expansion into new markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a similar role, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Python is a plus.
- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Redshift.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, and/or other e-commerce analytics tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
