Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (including static posts, videos, stories, and UGC).
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with key marketing moments, product launches, and cultural trends.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral moments, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Identify emerging social media channel trends (content formats and subject matter), partnering with creative agencies and Graphic Designer to define and execute creative growth strategies.
- Assist with content shoots, advising on social deliverables and specs. Attend shoots as needed to ensure capture of relevant B level and social-specific content.
- Identify and source brand partners for social partnerships including but not limited to social giveaways and collaborated posts.
- Actively engage with our community—respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to nurture relationships and build brand affinity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Work with external agencies and independently to Identify and foster relationships with superfans, micro-influencers, and brand advocates to amplify brand presence.
- Source, manage, and repurpose tags and user-generated content (UGC) to enhance authenticity and engagement for both organic and paid content.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to drive organic content and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze influencer/UGC performance to optimize future partnerships.
- Track social performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, content reach, etc.) and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Provide performance reports weekly, monthly, annually, and per campaign with key insights and recommendations.
- Leverage data to test creative, messaging, and content formats for continued improvement.
- Work closely with brand marketing, PR, and creative teams to align social storytelling with broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and partnerships to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
- Manage asset development and organization for social content, establishing deliverables lists per marketing functions; responsible for managing feedback to agency partners, and supervising the adaptation of all assets.
- Ensure all content is distributed to the appropriate stakeholders, communicating rollout timelines and usage rights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for lifestyle, fashion, or global retail brands; or Tiktok and Meta.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing impactful social media strategies and “social creator driven” social campaigns.
- Understanding of brand voice with storytelling and copywriting skills for social media.
- Highly creative and trend-driven, with the ability to produce visually compelling, engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and a creative mindset to inspire innovative solutions.
- Understanding of data analytics and ability to use insights to refine strategies.
- Proven experience in community engagement, influencer partnerships, and UGC strategy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple platforms and initiatives.
