The Opportunity
We are looking for a Remodeling Apprentice who shares our dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service. This role involves hands-on learning, working closely with experienced team members, and developing the skills needed for a successful career in remodeling.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodeling projects
- Work on 2 to 3 projects per week, collaborating with a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Learn and apply skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general remodeling
- Follow project plans, including 3D models and guided material selection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Take Extreme Ownership of your tasks, ensuring work meets our high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to problem-solve creatively
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Basic experience in remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus
- Must have some hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
