Eberson Construction is seeking a dedicated assistant superintendent to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success. This full-time position involves assisting with all field operations, coordinating field crews, supplying materials as needed, ensuring work is completed safely, with the highest quality, and in an efficient manner. The role requires coordinating the field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Jobsite and Crew Management:
- Represent Eberson Construction and Remodeling to the highest standards and uphold core values.
- Manage jobsite logistics and organization alongside the superintendents
- Create daily schedules for the crews to meet production timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with foremen on production rate and quality output.
- Facilitate communication between foremen and superintendents.
- Implement processes to ensure job sites are safe and efficient.
- Ensure materials and tools are ready for upcoming work.
- Purchase and deliver materials as needed
- Ensure jobsite trailers are organized and stocked for the upcoming work.
- Perform carpentry, demolition, and various trades if necessary.
Project Assistance:
- Utilize project management software to track progress, schedule the teams, and report updates.
- Assist the superintendent with project specific tasks and subcontractor coordination as experience is gained
- Perform quality inspections to ensure items are installed per manufacturer’s specifications alongside the crew foremen.
- Communicate daily with management on crew progress.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with our team
- Assist superintendents as needed through job site visits, and organizational tasks.
- Enforce company policies to the highest standards.
Business Support:
- Provide assistance across all aspects of business operations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and efficiency between the field and the office.
