Commercial Construction Labor Superintendent
Ebert Companies is seeking a Commercial Construction Labor Superintendent for various sized projects in the commercial construction field. Responsibilities include:
- Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day onsite jobs
- Managing multiple carpentry and demolition crews and subcontractors
- Monitoring safety of the crews on site
- Daily notes of completed work and upcoming needs
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and deliveries
Qualifications:
- Effective communication with office and field staff
- Essential physical requirement necessary to do this job
- 5 years construction experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Task oriented
- Clean driving record
