What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Brand Ambassador position at EBIN NEW YORK?
We are looking for enthusiastic, community-oriented individuals to join the EBIN CARES Crew as brand ambassadors.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of marketing to multicultural audiences, with particular awareness of haircare trends among Black and Latina consumers. Experience in event marketing, brand promotions, and engagement in beauty supply store environments is highly preferred.
As a crew member, you will:
- Actively engage with local communities and retail partners.
- Participate in in-store activations, pop-up events, and promotional activities.
- Educate consumers on EBIN’s range of high-quality beauty products.
- Represent the brand in an authentic and approachable manner.
- Check-In & Check-Out : Check in beginning and end of your activation.
- Photo & Video Submission : Submit a minimum of 5 photos and 1 video from your activation within 2 days of the event. You can send them via text or email to your coordinator
- Activation Recap : Send a short recap (3-4 sentences) via text, including feedback from at least one store staff member within 2 days of the event.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Event-Based)
- Compensation: $150.00 per event
- Expected Hours: Varies per event (typically 4 hours per activation)
- Work Location: On-site (Not Remote)
- Most activations take place Thursday through Sunday.
- Each activation lasts 5 hours, with an additional 30-minute setup (total of 5.5 hours).
- There is a mandatory 30 minute online training session that all ambassadors must attend before their first activation
- You may be required to travel within a one-hour driving radius of your location; therefore, your willingness and ability to do so are essential.
Interested candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules.
