ROLE OVERVIEW

EBIN NEW YORK is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the Brand Marketing Manager in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on industry trends, creating engaging content for social media and our website, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand messaging. This position requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the beauty industry. Please include a portfolio showcasing previous paid social and email campaigns you have developed and executed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Services

Maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to EBIN NEW YORK media and marketing campaigns.
Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external & internal client.
Build positive rapport with client in person and over the phone.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism with vendors and clients in the creation of Tropic Isle Living content.
Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to client and supervisor as needed.
Work efficiently and cohesively with EBIN NEW YORK creative teammate in meeting campaign and promotional deadlines.
Consistently collaborate with marketing team.

Social Media Brand Development

Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter and contextualize findings.

Assist creative team with the designing of promotional materials.

Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

Monitoring social media and company website metrics.

Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and consumer target audience.

Create content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

Video Creation Content

Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy that aligns with the company vision, mission and culture

Work on and off site to capture studio-quality video

Produce and edit content and build a library of product, marketing, sales and services videos.

Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing

Follow company's brand guidelines and policies and solicit approval from supervisor anything unwritten or unclear.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in marketing and video content creation, preferably in the beauty industry, with a portfolio of relevant work samples.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of haircare, cosmetics, lashes, and nail products.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to effectively incorporate keywords.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive content.

Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance and engagement.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video editing software.
