Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute sales and marketing initiatives for our K-Beauty product lines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for K-Beauty trends, expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and a proven ability to drive growth and brand awareness. This role is integral in shaping the voice and positioning of EBIN NEW YORK in the competitive beauty market.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth for K-Beauty product lines across B2B and B2C channels.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product launches.
Digital MarketingOversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO / SEM, social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.Manage and analyze digital ad performance to ensure ROI and budget alignment.Leverage social platforms and online communities to build brand awareness and engagement.
Brand DevelopmentMaintain and enhance the brand identity for K-Beauty products, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Partner with creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, including photography, videos, and graphic designs.Drive storytelling initiatives that reflect EBIN’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Event ManagementPlan and execute trade shows, product demonstrations, and other in-person events to increase brand exposure.Build relationships with retail partners to co-host promotional events and campaigns.
Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or K-Beauty industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of K-Beauty trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, analytics tools).Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
Preferred SkillsExperience working with multicultural or global beauty brands.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creative design.Proficiency in Korean or another language is a plus but not required.
