Schedule: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, providing excellent customer service daily.
- Effectively assign registration numbers to vehicles.
- Ensure accurate reassignment of numbers to vehicles on the lot for the next sale date set up.
- Conduct regular bi-weekly inventory checks of vehicles on the lot.
- Maintain open communication with the rest of the Registration Department.
- Swiftly report any noticeable damage detected on vehicles.
- Ensure office and check-in lanes remain clean and presentable by removing debris.
- Promote efficient vehicle flow through the check-in process by moving vehicles forward.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of iPhone iOS (preferably).
