POSITION DETAILS:
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
SCHEDULE:9PM - 5:30AM
HOURLY RATE: $18.00
DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

The primary duties of a floor tech typically include the following:
- Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors and carpets
- Dusting baseboards, vents, and other surfaces
- Operating floor machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors
- Maintaining supplies and inventory
- Following safety procedures
Qualifications
The role of a floor tech demands a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Some of the essential skills are:
- Minimum floor tech experience, 3 years.
- Knowledge of floor care cleaning techniques
- Willing to complete a background check.
- Ability to use floor care equipment correctly and safely
- Attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength
