NEEDED - Accounts Payable Clerk
DESCRIPTION:
EBNER Furnaces, Inc. is a global manufacturer of large industrial annealing furnaces and custom metal fabrications. We are seeking a qualified, full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This position involves processing domestic and foreign invoices, petty cash distribution and entry of transactions and monthly journal entries, maintaining vendors in the system, processing work boot and safety glasses paperwork, calculating expense reports for employees, issuing checks for payment, metering mail, filing, communicating with purchasing to verify receiver discrepancies, communicating with vendors, answering the main phone line as needed.
Experience in Accounting, Microsoft 365, and SAP is required.
