Multimedia Manager

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Multimedia Manager to develop engaging digital content across various platforms. This role involves production of video, photography, graphic design, and digital media to support marketing, communications, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, photos, animations, and audio for digital and print platforms.

• Responsible for the production process from concept to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

• Manage the school’s digital asset library and ensure all materials are organized and accessible.

• Maintain and manage multimedia equipment, software, and licenses.

• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia production and digital content creation.

• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all multimedia outputs.

• Support livestreaming, podcast, webinar, or event coverage needs as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation and management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong visual storytelling and design skills.
• Experience with video shooting and editing, graphic design, and photography.
• Knowledge of web design basics, social media platforms, and content optimization strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a CORI Check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
