Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Full Charge Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team!

This is a great opportunity to work closely with top management, and to play an important role in helping to shape the future of our company!

In addition to managing our office and administrative personnel, you will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company, including receivables, monthly billing, payables, financials and bi-weekly payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • AR, AP, Payroll, Financials

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Well-developed Technology skills are a must
  • CPA is a plus (not required)
