Tech and Application Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tech and Application Support Specialist to directly assist our business customers with technical, application and accounting-related problems when using our products and services.

This job is located in our office in NW Houston.
Responsibilities include: resolving customer queries (both tech and accounting related), recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, a talented multitasker, detail-oriented and enjoy providing superior client service.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an accounting or customer tech support position, a good understanding of GAAP principles, and great interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Tech & Application Support Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
Detailed documentation of all customer actions and communications in ticketing system
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and document discussions with customers
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers of new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Proven experience in accounting, with some tech exposure or skills
· Familiarity with the ERP industry is a plus
· Experience using help desk software and remote support tools is a plus
· Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial
· Affinity for multitasking with precision
· Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism
· Ability to be proactive and work independently in a fast-paced environment
SQL experience is a plus.
