Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen eye for talent. This role is focused on efficiently filling open positions with top talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer letter creation. The specialist will lead team recruiting activities and help streamline the recruiting process to ensure successful hiring outcomes. This is a short-term contract position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR teammates, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and offer letter creation.
- Lead end-to-end team recruiting activities to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
- Assess and refine recruiting processes and best practices, developing strategies to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Manage and facilitate the company’s presence at career fairs, university events, and community network events to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Develop and manage the employment brand to align with recruiting initiatives and marketing efforts.
- Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and realignment of strategy.
- Maintain and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring necessary resources and costs are accounted for.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and resources.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and the delivery of strategic projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 3 years of experience as a senior recruiter.
- Proven ability to align talent acquisition efforts with company culture, business priorities, and strategies.
- Outstanding skills in using ATS and career/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Experience managing multiple openings across various levels and locations within the business while supporting several hiring managers concurrently.
- Strong financial, analytical, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
