In this role you will :
- Work with various insurance industry personnel to revise coverage, renew and create insurance policies and proposal packages - handles presentation of same
- In coordination with Producers, coordinate logistics of the overall account management process
- Issue and process various insurance documents, such as Certificates of Insurance, invoicing, renewals, etc.
- Review customer contracts to assure compatibility of coverages with contract requirements
- Review policies for accuracy and follow-up of needed corrections.
- Provide high level assistance to clients and customers to satisfactorily resolve business account issues.
- Provide hands on support to existing accounts and clients. (e.g., answering questions, furnishing supporting documentation, interpreting and communicating policy coverage, etc.).
- May perform cross-functional tasks and serve as back-up to other members of staff members or management team
- Promote account "rounding" identifying potential exposures of existing clients. Identifying & recommending suitable coverage to address such exposures
- Input information and track activities in account management system software program
- Assist in designing workflows for the area, assists with and help design training and development for the commercial lines staff
