EBTRON is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the promotion and adoption of our industry-leading airflow measurement solutions. The role is crucial to the success of EBTRON's existing products, the launch of new products, and maintaining the company's position as a market leader. The ideal candidate will be passionate about translating technical solutions into compelling messaging that resonates with engineers, contractors, end users, TAB and commissioning professionals, facility managers, and Rep firms.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing—it's about creating demand, enhancing product understanding, and driving EBTRON's leadership in airflow measurement technology. The Marketing Manager will execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment across product development, sales, and customer education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to communicate the value and applications of EBTRON's products.
- Create compelling content—blog posts, success stories, application guides—tailored to our technical audience.
- Collaborate with sales, business development managers, engineers, and product managers to align marketing efforts with customer needs.
- Manage EBTRON's online presence, optimizing website content, landing pages, and digital marketing for customer engagement and education.
- Utilize HubSpot and Google Analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Support product launches with targeted campaigns, ensuring clear communication of benefits and applications.
- Work closely with the Multimedia/Graphics Manager to maintain brand consistency while emphasizing product value.
- Develop marketing materials that empower Rep firms and sales teams to articulate EBTRON's advantages effectively.
- Execute the company's leadership vision and strategy through marketing initiatives that drive industry impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technical products or the HVAC industry.
- Strong communication with an ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
- Understanding of market dynamics in building automation, IAQ, or airflow measurement is a plus.
