Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Job Description:
The Salesforce Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define system landscape, identify gaps, and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes.
- Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with OmniStudio.
- Expertise in integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum, Copado), and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s data model and best practices for creating custom objects and junction objects.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.

- Salesforce Architect
- Salesforce Developer

Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
