Eastcoast Concrete is seeking a full-time, in-house Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing heavy and industrial concrete projects. If you’re a results-driven leader with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, oversee, and manage all phases of concrete projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Review and interpret project documents, blueprints, and specifications to establish clear project goals
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain open communication with stakeholders
Problem-solve issues on-site to keep projects on track
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience managing heavy / industrial concrete projects
Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work full-time from our Pinellas Park office, with flexibility to travel to job sites as needed
