Job Description Summary:
As a Supply Chain Analyst at MasTec, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations through meticulous data collection and analysis. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process, and exceptional analytical skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments and your problem-solving acumen will be pivotal in recommending and implementing improvements to enhance our supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Project Development: Develop and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance.
- Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with shippers and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Performance Measurement: Continuously measure and report supply chain performance metrics to management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to streamline service delivery and improve overall supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAP, Power BI) and experienced in data interpretation and presentation.

- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and logical reasoning capabilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range: $55,000 to $100,000
