Assembler/General production associate

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in a manufacturing facility. The Warehouse Associates will be responsible for various tasks in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the highest priority
• Assemble units as instructed by management with simple tools
• Contribute ideas to help improve process safety and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times 
• Meet company productivity and quality standards in acceptable amount of time

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Some mechanical knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adjusting to changing job demands swiftly
• Proficiency with hand tools for assembly work
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50#'s without assistance
• Able to work at heights below 10' utilizing a step ladder 
• Able to work with a team and as an individual contributor 
• Ability to self direct with little to no direct supervision
• Effective verbal communication
• Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States
