We are seeking experienced HVAC service and installation technicians to join our client's growing organization based in St. Charles, servicing the greater Chicago metropolitan area. Qualified candidates will be compensated based on their experience and ability to demonstrate a broad range of capabilities within the heating and cooling industry. This position requires a self-motivated work ethic with a desire to learn and grow along with the business. New hires are provided their own work vehicle, must possess appropriate tools to perform the work assigned.
Requirements :
- Serious candidates must possess relevant certifications (HVAC certification and EPA License)
- 3 years HVAC experience (Commercial and / or residential)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication with customers and team members alike
