management team. In this essential role, you will provide both clinical and administrative
support to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. You will assist clinicians during
procedures, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate and timely medical records. This

maintaining empathy and professionalism in every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet,room, and triage patients
- Recordvital signs and conduct medication reconciliation
- Assistproviders before, during, and after procedures
- Prepare,clean, and maintain procedure rooms and office
- Documentpatient information in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Facilitatecommunication with outside medical offices (calls/faxes) to obtain or send
- Initiateand manage prior authorizations for medications and procedures
- Preparecharts and assist with overall clinical flow
- Supportfront desk and administrative tasks as needed
- Assistin operating and positioning the C-arm (X-ray fluoroscopy) during procedures
- Handlesensitive patient concerns with discretion, professionalism, and empathy
- Performother duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or providers
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 1β2years of experience in a medical office preferred
- Familiaritywith medical terminology
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable,compassionate, and respectful approach to patient care
- Strongorganizational and time management abilities
- Abilityto work collaboratively within a team and multitask efficiently
- Proficientin the use of computers and EMR systems (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)
- Quickdecision-making skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Clinicaloffice setting with frequent interaction with staff, physicians, and patients
- Fast-pacedenvironment that may require quick transitions between tasks
- Prolongedperiods of standing and walking required
- Mustbe able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Requiresmanual dexterity, vision, and hearing necessary to operate medical and office
