Job Title: CCTV Operator
Location: Long Beach, CA
Environment: Office - NOT A SECURITY JOB
Pay Rate: $20 / hour (Grave/Swing shifts only, must be available weekends)
The Role
As an ECAMSECURE Command Center Operator, you will be our best in-house monitor detective. Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming field and customer calls, our operators monitor our equipment Nationwide to make sure it deters, detects, analyzes, and responds successfully.

- An expert at processing high call volumes
- Monitor alarm signals and respond on the spot
- A quick Trouble shooter and Problem-solver
- Work Independently and have dependable work ethic
- Have the ability to see things other people miss
- Sit for long periods in front of the computer—and it doesn’t bother you
- Think quick on your feet while calling clients, law enforcement and other rapid response entities.
- Observe and report what just occurred in a timely manner
- Handle Incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients, employees and vendors
- Able to Input data into our systems for documentation and follow-up, if necessary
- Monitor and update systems with employee and client information
- Have the ability to self-manage
- 1-year customer service or call center experience required
- A GED or High School or higher
- Be well organized with a strong attention to detail
- Above average computer talents and strong typing skills
- Excellent phone communication
- Security Experience like CCTV monitoring is helpful, but not required
- Gaming Experience could be a good asset
- Ability to manage long periods in front of the computer-very important
- Pass all hiring requirements, including background, drug test
- A big smile and a sense of humor
