Job Description
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned book of business, developing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, renewal processes, and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement account retention and growth strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the claims department to design and implement claim management programs.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Property Casualty Agent's License required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of insurance experience with a strong understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coverages.
- Proven sales process skills and ability to influence others.
