Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Department. This individual will be responsible for maintaining an assigned book of business, building client loyalty through exceptional service, and managing client renewal strategies and direct marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and enhance customer relationships by responding to needs with accuracy, promptness, and courtesy.
- Manage and coordinate renewal processes, develop account retention and growth strategies, and adhere to account renewal timelines.
- Conduct periodic loss reviews, identify cross-selling opportunities, and negotiate terms with carriers.
- Coordinate claim services, design claim management programs, and aid the claims department in resolving issues.
Requirements
- Property Casualty Agent's License required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of insurance experience with a strong understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coverages.
- Strong sales process skills and ability to influence others.
- Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
