About ECBM

Founded in 1970, our mission is to put people- our clients and employees- first. As a privately-owned company, our motto has always been: "No Shareholders, Just Transparency."
ECBM operates on three main core values: Empathy, Energy and Tenacity. We test every employee who works here for these three core values because employees must have Empathy to care about our clients, Energy to provide the level of service we require, and Tenacity to go that "extra mile" to solve our clients' challenges.
In addition to caring for our clients, we also take pride in caring for our employees. We've been a Best Place to Work in Insurance recipient for the last eight years, and the average length of service of our employees is 11 years.
About The Role
ECBM is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while supporting our marketing and sales efforts. This person will report to the Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement. The schedule for this role is 20-30 hours per week - days and hours are flexible based on management approval.
